Group Tour to Bucharest:-
28th Dec Friday: Group assembly at Malta International Airport at 02.30 for check-in. Departure on Airmalta direct flight to Bucharest at 05.00. Upon arrival in Bucharest transfer to hotel and allocation of rooms. Optional: Half Day sightseeing tour of Bucharest, regarded as one of the most beautiful cities in Europe. Throughout the tour we will visit all major sights among them the Parliament Palace (house of Ceausescu), which is the second largest building in the world after the Pentagon. Back to the hotel where one can chose to join the tour leader for a night out.
29th Dec Saturday: Breakfast. Optional: Full day tour visiting Dracula’s Castle in Bran and the residence of Vlad Tepes (entry included). Time for souvenir shopping. We continue to the old part of the city of Brasov. Lunch in a Romanian restaurant in Brasov. (Not included). Return to hotel in the evening.
30th Dec Sunday: Breakfast. Optional: Full day tour to visit the resort of Sinaia, starting with the monastery of Sinaia, where we can admire locally handmade carpets. Continue with the Castle of Peles (entry included) for a full Palace tour. Free time to visit the resort and time for lunch (not included). Return to hotel in the evening.
31st Dec Monday: Breakfast. Free time to explore further the city and also time for shopping. Optional: In the evening we have New Year’s Eve Gala Dinner in Burebista restaurant drinks included, menu available on request.
1st Jan Tuesday: Breakfast. Today is the New Year, and the day is free at leisure. The tour leader can organize lunch upon request for the group.
2nd Jan Wednesday: Breakfast. Free time to continue to explore further the city where one can visit the beautiful gardens of Cismigiu, Carol and Herestrau. Late check-out of hotel. Transfer to Otopeni airport in time for flight to Malta on 03rd Jan at 01.50
